Looking for an experienced person to expand with in-house construction
These repairs will be from water and fire damage insurance claims.
Pay will be hourly and based on experience.
Bonus opportunity per project depending on timeframe completed.
Workdays are from 8:00 – 4:30 with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday – Friday.
This person needs to be proficient in
- Sheetrock (all phases) and texture matching
- Painting (walls, ceilings, trim, etc.)
- Trim work (casing, baseboard, chair rail, quarter round)
- Toilets and sink installation
- Cabinet and vanity installation
Must supply tools and transportation to and from the job site and office.
Materials will be provided and delivered to job site.
Job locations are usually within the tri-cities area
A pre-screening drug test and background check are required.
